Call out £130 includes the first hour.

Call outs including the first hour are required to be paid in advance. Parts are charged separately. Quotes can usually be given before any work beyond the first hour commences. The charges are for the work requested at the time of booking, extra work must be booked separately.



Once an advance payment is made an agreement will be deemed to have taken place and a call out engineer given instructions to proceed to you.

Cancellation before the operatives arrival will be refunded at the included labour only part of the payment, less admin costs incurred by the payment gateways chargeback.

The call-out part of the charge is non refundable and priced at 50% of the rate agreed.

Labour rates are effective once the operative arrives at the property.

If the work is likely to take more than 1 hour to complete you will be advised of further advance payments and adjustments at which time you may prefer not to continue and end the job.

Parts will be charged at the retail cost and the collection time of up to 30mins will be chargeable at the rates stated, unless you are willing to collect parts yourself whist the engineer continues to progress with any work at the same rate.

In many cases urgent work is made safe allowing you to make alternative arrangements for the remainder to be completed by a different contractor.

If parts are unavailable due to stores being closed out of hours,  the work may be discontinued by yourself or the operative and no further charges made.

If an arrangement is made to continue work in normal hours a fixed price quote may be agreed upon.

Weekday out-of-hours (after 4:30pm) £155.00

Saturday & Sunday (8:00am–1:00pm) £145.00

Weekend out-of-hours (after 1:00pm) £165.00

Weekend out of hours (after 4.30pm) £195.00

  • A minimum charge of 1 hour applies to all bookings.

  • After the first hour, time is charged in ½-hour increments at £65.00

  • In most cases, once we've attended and assessed the problem, we can provide a fixed-price quotation.

  • No hidden fees — all costs are confirmed before any further work is carried out.

  • Weekend opening is for emergency repairs only.

Any part of any half hour is charged at full rates not pro rata.

This applies also to the first inclusive call out hour charge.

Extra work unrelated to the original booking request will not be undertaken by our operative in an endeavour to fill up a complete hour.

We do our utmost to help you as the customer resolve any urgent safety issues and avoid costly damage to your property that may not be covered by your home insurance policy.

A full detailed invoice receipt for urgent work carried out will be provided to help a home insurance claim be processed.
